Charl Schwartzel [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #17
While not setting the world on fire, Schwartzel has finished inside the top 25 in three of his last four Tour events. Last year he held a share of the lead after two rounds at TPC Boston, but faded to finish T21.
Padraig Harrington [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #178
Aside from a T4 in 2009, Harrington has done very little the last five years at TPC Boston. However, he’s notched seven top-20s over his last eight events. Harrington ranks seventh in scoring average.
Jim Furyk [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #21
Aside from a share of second at Firestone, Furyk has not recorded a top-30 over his last seven starts. At TPC Boston he’s finished eighth or better three of the last four years. Furyk ranks fifth in scoring average, but just 42nd in All-Around Ranking.
Phil Mickelson [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #8
Since winning at TPC Boston in 2007, Mickelson has only stayed in the top-10 at the site. Over his last six starts of the season, Lefty has missed two cuts and has finished no better than 36th.
Vijay Singh [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #155
After two top-10s to end the month of July, Singh has finished T36 and T49 his last two starts. From 2003-08, Singh was excellent at TPC Boston with two wins and four top-fives. Singh missed the cut at the site last year, but finished T11 in 2010.
J.B. Holmes [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #165
Holmes missed this event last year, but finished a career-best T11 at TPC Boston in 2010. Over his last four starts of the season he’s recorded three top-20s.
