Cleveland receives the number 2 pick from St. Louis for the number 4 pick and 3rd round this year plus next years 1st round pick.

St. Louis trades number 13 pick, 3rd rd pick, and 4th rd pick for Minnesota's 8th pick

1 - HOU: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
JJ Watt plus Jadeveon Clowney instantly equals one great DE/OLB combo like Justin Smith and Aldon Smith. Mario Williams played the OLB spot in this defense at 270 pounds two years ago.
2 - CLE: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Trade Browns: The Browns will not screw up again and not trade up for the QB of the future no matter the price, remember this team lost out on RG3 to the Redskins.
3 - JAX: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne are not the answer for the Jaguars. Jaguars will use analytics now with the owners son behind the move and Caldwell will like the measurements more of Bortles than Manz
4 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams would have took more from the trade for the number 2 pick however the Rams really want Jake Matthews the son of Bruce Matthews who Jeff Fisher coached at Houston/Tennessee. Plus, the Rams need to fix this offensive line to give Sam Bradford a chance to not become the next David Carr.
5 - OAK: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
The Raiders have Terrell Pryor but he is not a favorite of the coaching staffs plus they have about 60 million in open money for draft and free agency. Johnny Football brings something to the table no other QB has in this draft and that is the "It Factor" something no QB in Raiders last 10 years since Rich Gannon.
6 - ATL: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
The Falcons have a limited pass rush and need to get another guy besides Osi that can rush the passer efficiently. Since, this defense really missed John Abraham this year and his 10 sacks a year.
7 - TB: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Lewan will be the draft pick here and could allow Donald Penn to move to RT allowing Lewan to become the new LT for the future.
8 - STL: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Trade Rams: Tavon Austin is a dynamic prospect but the Rams have no true number 1 WR for Sam Bradford and now Sammy Watkins is here to save the day. Sammy Watkins has true number 1 WR ability even though he is only 6ft 1inches.
9 - BUF: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
EJ Manuel needs more time in the pocket if he is going to be successful at QB in the future. Greg Robinson can start at RT and while Glenn plays the LT spot or just move Robinson to LT right away.
10 - DET: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Marshall/Jeffery/Nelson/Cobb/Jennings/Patterson will be the WR combo's this secondary will see twice a year so it needs to get better and fast. So,the Lions need better secondary play and Justin Gilbert will provide a solid number 1 CB with Darius Slay for now and the future.
11 - TEN: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
Titans need a better pass rush since only Jurrell Casey had double digit sacks and Mack with adding a few pounds could become an elite pass rusher.
12 - NYG: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
I stand by my pick here of WR over an offensive lineman plus they are looking at more interior offensive lineman since Beatty & Pugh are the tackle positions. Hakeem Nicks is likely gone in free agency after they just spent a lot of money on Victor Cruz. Evans is a big time target for the Giants and could find themselves their next dynamic pass catcher.
13 - MIN: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
Trade Min: The Vikings could not secure the top three QB prospects but they trade down for Derek Carr and hope he is their guy.
14 - CHI: Ra'Shede Hageman, DL , Minnesota
Henry Melton is not sure to be coming back to the Bears after he had knee surgery and criminal issues. So the Bears need to find an elite three technique so that Paea can play the one technique.
15 - PIT: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
Pittsburgh needs a NT and Nix fits that big bodied mold of a NT Dick Lebeau wants for his defense.
16 - DAL: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
Dallas Cowboys need a LE and 3 technique DT badly in this draft. Kony Ealy is rising up draft boards fast since declaring for the NFL draft. Reminds people of Ansah and JPP could go a lot higher in the draft then the 16 spot.
17 - BAL: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
Torrey Smith is an iffy number 1 WR and while Marlon Brown & Jacoby Jones are not legit number 2 WRs. Marqise Lee would give the Ravens two explosive WR's to stretch the field for the run game.
18 - NYJ: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
The Big three WRs are gone from the draft so the Jets pick up the next best thing in what could become a dominate TE. Eric Ebron can stretch the field and give these NYJ WRs the inside presence Geno Smith needs to rely on.
19 - MIA: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito circus left the Dolphins without both their LT and LG Plus Clabo and Jerry are free Agents this year. Martin will take over at LT since 4 of their starting offensive lineman could be gone next year.
20 - ARI: Vic Beasley, DE, Clemson
John Abraham play amazing on his one year deal but the Cardinals need a younger replacement pass rusher for the future.
21 - GB: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
The Packers have an Morgan Burnett at SS but need a somebody in the secondary to create turnovers on defense. This team is a playoff team but the defense needs to stay healthy and get bigger against the pass and run.
22 - PHI: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
Bradley Fletcher can not be called asked to cover most of the number 2 WRs in the League. Dennard was a shut down corner in MSU and the secondary besides Cary Williams and Brandon Boykin were horrible.
23 - KC: Michael Bennett, WR , Georgia
READ ME 1st: Kelvin Benjamin FSU WR. Alex Smith needs another WR threat besides Dwayne Bowe to aid this almost dominate offense.
24 - CIN: Cyrus Kouandjio, OL , Alabama
Andrew Whitworth moved inside to LG and that leaves the LT spot open since Anthony Collins is just a solid backup. Cyrus Kouandjio blocked well for Alabama this year and they already have a Alabama alumni at RT in Andre Smith.
25 - SD: Marcus Roberson, DB , Florida
The Chargers need some help in the secondary since Cox is always hurt and when he is not he is getting burnt. Marcus Roberson was an above average corner versus the SEC.
27 - CAR: Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt
Steve Smith will not be around much longer the Panthers need to look for the future and Matthews was one of the reasons why Vandy actually had a shot last year.
28 - CLE: Loucheiz Purifoy, DB , Florida
Joe Haden is a top five corner however Skrine is an average corner at best. Purifoy was a good corner at Florida and I see no reason why he should not succeed in a 3-4 man to man style defense.
29 - NE: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
The Pats have a bad run defense with without Vince Wilfork and Jernigan could instantly upgrade Chris Jones as the three technique in this defense.
30 - SF: Allen Robinson, WR , Penn State
Bolden is getting up there in age and Baldwin provides no help and Crabtree is still recovering from the injury but they need to give more weapons to Kap. They struck gold with their last Penn State pick of Novarro Bowman so they hope Allen Robinson will have the same impact.
32 - DEN: Scott Crichton, DE, Oregon State
Dumervil gone and Von Miller coming off ACL injury the Bronco's need to give their offense some help on the defensive front.

Above Average -- As a Seattle fan I like the pick. I prefer Coleman to Benjamin but either pick is a good pick. Also I doubt Beasley last that long and if he does don't count out Seattle. Clemons may be gone

Above Average -- Not bad needs met plausible trade but I'm not sure clowney play OLB but still makes sense as a pick

Poor -- Where's Carr and Hundley? Yuck
Sunday, January 5, 2014 7:05 PM
Excellent -- Hundley going back to school and Carr I will add most likely next pick still a rough draft

Average -- Den nard is a steal that late. Rather see the Panthers with Jordan Matthews

Above Average -- such a small complaint love the trade scenarios but tell us what we gave or got to make the trades
Monday, January 6, 2014 2:43 PM
Average -- 1.) No way that the Giants do not take an offensive lineman

Average -- I appreciate the peopple who take the time to write out the reasonings for each selection. I know it takes time. Thanks

Above Average -- Agree with above comments. I have 19 players from here in my mock draft
Friday, January 10, 2014 10:40 AM
Average -- No way Clinton-Dix makes it the Eagles at 22
Friday, January 10, 2014 1:37 PM
Above Average -- Solid looking draft. A couple minor things. Packers select at 21, not 22. Need to swap them and Chiefs, which could mean swapping TEs. Also, I doubt they take a TE over Clinton-Dix if he is somehow still there at 21. Safety is easily their biggest need.
Thursday, January 16, 2014 12:13 AM
Average -- Creative but I highly doubt the Lions get a CB at #10. Mayhew has never drafted a CB in the first round and the only he tried to do so was for Patrick Peterson. Simply put, no CB is worth the Top 10 pick, I think they go BPA and take Mack.
Sunday, January 19, 2014 3:33 PM
Average -- Can see the Pack taking a safety but Ted loves his big lineman so I see a DT being taken and switch Hype to S if they resign Shields and Williams
