Trades. Rams:4th pick overall and 2015 1st round pick. Browns: 2nd pick overall Vikings: 29th pick overall 49er's: 40th pick, 104th pick, and 6th round pick.

1 - HOU: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
Bill O'Brien will get his way in this pick of Bortles over Manziel. Bortles has all of the intangibles to become a great QB in this league plus he can still move around in the pocket.
2 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Trade Browns: The Browns will not screw up again and not trade up for the QB of the future no matter the price, remember this team lost out on RG3 to the Redskins. They are smitten with Manziel's playmaking ability and will do anything to get him.
3 - JAX: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Jags GM Caldwell will have a hard choice here in either Bridgewater or Clowney but he knows that QB is the most coveted position in the NFL. Bridgewater has good accuracy and arm strength plus he seems to have a good sense of vision of the field.
4 - STL: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Trade Rams: Everyone is mocking a OT or Clowney here but Jeff Fisher just signed Jake Long to a 34 million dollar contract to play the LT and can fill the RT later in the draft plus they have two 1st round draft picks for DE's. Sammy Watkins is a monster WR who showed his skills all year and then capped it off with an amazing Orange Bowl. Rams need more WR help and with Tavon Austin this could be a great dynamic duo.
5 - OAK: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
Well this a big shock to have Clowney fall to the Raiders and with all of the best QB prospects gone Mckenzie will take the best player on the board. The Raiders will need pass rushers with Houston a free agent this year and looking for a big time contract. Clowney is a freak athlete and probably the best pass rusher to come out of the draft since Mario Williams.
6 - ATL: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Falcons need to protect their franchise QB Matt Ryan and Dimitroff knows from his days with Bill Belichick give a QB time will win you games. Greg Robinson is a monster of a blocker and him playing at RT to start then transitioning to LT later on will solidify the offensive line for 4 years.
7 - TB: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
This is a best player available pick and with Mack having scheme versatility playing OLB on base formations and DE in nickel and dime formations will put a smile on Lovie Smiths face. Mack is said to be similar ability to Von Miller in the pass rushing department and in sideline to sideline speed.
8 - MIN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
The Vikings are losing Jason Allen to free agency this year and need to get a DE of the future. Anthony Barr has the skills to be an effective pass rusher in the league however he needs to gain about 10-15 pounds to become a every down DE.
9 - BUF: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Cordy Glenn is another player who is too big at 345 pounds to be playing LT and with this horrible offensive line allowing 48 sacks you need to find a way to help EJ Manuel. Jake Matthews will allow the Bills to slide Glenn over to RT his more natural position.
10 - DET: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
I know all the Lions fans are scared of taking another USC WR since Mike Williams was an epic bust, but Mike was very slow and never had that hunger to become great. The Lions know they have a great WR but the rest of their pass catchers are average at best. Johnson, Lee, and Bush could put the offense over the top next year and take this team far. Marqise Lee has great speed and good hands while being a dynamic after the catch guy.
12 - NYG: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Justin Pugh to me always looked like a LG to me compared to RT because of his short arms. Move Boothe to RG and Pugh to LG and place Lewan at RT for now. Lewan is a good player and should become there LT of the future once the Giants cut Beatty.
13 - STL: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
This should be the last piece to complete this defense to contend with the other three teams in the NFC West. HaHa will become the Rams FS and he isgoing to wreck havoc in the backfield for opposing teams.
14 - CHI: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
Charles Tillman is a free agency casualty since he is 32 years old. This defense needs another shut down corner and if you watched any MSU game Dennard was a beast when he was one on one with any WR.
15 - PIT: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
While this defense is getting older the secondary did a good job but this run defense needs some big run stuffers. Nix is a big man and everything Dick Lebeau wants from a NT.
16 - BAL: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Marlon Brown was a goo late round pick up but this team needs more from its WR core besides Torrey Smith. Mike Evans brings some baggage but he is super talented and could help make sure Joe Flacco was worth all that money he recently signed.
17 - DAL: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
Hatcher and Spencer are gone to free agency plus Ratliff was cut mid season. Ealy is another standout Missouri defensive lineman which produced Aldon Smith and recently Sheldon Richardson. Ealy is a freak athlete which the Cowboys desperately need on defense.
18 - NYJ: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
The Big three WRs are gone from the draft so the Jets pick up the next best thing in what could become a dominate TE. Eric Ebron can stretch the field and give these NYJ WRs the inside presence Geno Smith needs to rely on.
19 - MIA: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito circus left the Dolphins without both their LT and LG Plus Clabo and Jerry are free Agents this year. Martin will take over at LT since 4 of their starting offensive lineman could be gone next year.
20 - ARI: Ra'Shede Hageman, DL , Minnesota
Darnell Dockett is getting expensive for the production he is outputting on the field. Hageman had an average Senior Bowl but his tape shows he can become a monster in the middle of the defense.
21 - GB: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Sam Shields was the only solid corner on field for Green Bay this year. Gilbert was a stand out corner for OSU and will give the Packers some help against the many talented WRs they face.
22 - PHI: John Prior, OL , Ohio
READ ME 1ST: Calvin Pryor FS Louisville. The Eagles safety play was horrible and were picked apart by every offense they faced this year. Pryor on tape was all over the place in the back field and some of the massive hits he put on opposing players reminded me something from the legion of Boom.
23 - KC: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
Dwayne Bowe got all this money yet barely moved the sticks. Kelvin Benjamin will give Alex Smith a deep threat to spread the field for Charles and Bowe.
24 - CIN: Cyrus Kouandjio, OL , Alabama
Andrew Whitworth moved inside to LG and that leaves the LT spot open since Anthony Collins is just a solid backup. Cyrus Kouandjio blocked well for Alabama this year and they already have a Alabama alumni at RT in Andre Smith.
25 - SD: Loucheiz Purifoy, DB , Florida
The Chargers need some help in the secondary since Cox is always hurt and when he is not he is getting burnt. Loucheiz was an good corner versus the SEC and he did very well on a bad team.
26 - CLE: Allen Robinson, WR , Penn State
Josh Gordon is their number 1 WR but they need someone on the other side of him to help Manziel and give him a solid pass catcher. Allen is a big time threat and basically was all of Penn States offense last year.
27 - NO: Marcus Roberson, DB , Florida
Besides Kennan Lewis the rest of the secondary was suspect and with Vaccaro taking over for Malcolm Jenkins at FS next year another solid corner could make this defense scary. Roberson was part of a very solid tandom of corners and is six foot.
28 - CAR: Odell Beckham, WR , LSU
Cam Newton needs help from his WR not named Steve Smith. Do not be surprised if the Panthers go two WR picks back to back since Steve Smith is getting really old. Beckham is a terrific route runner and has good acceleration plus he has solid vision to take balls to the house.
29 - MIN: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
Trade SF: Minnesota needs a QB of the future and this team is not shy to trade up at all. Derek Carr has the great arm strength but needs to work on his foot work and accuracy. Norv Turner should be able to fix these issues and give Carr his best chance to succeed.
30 - NE: Jace Amaro, TE , Texas Tech
Gronk can not stay healthy and Hernandez is gone forever. Brady needs some kind of in the middle threat since he does not have a WR over 6 foot it seems. Jace Amaro is a 6'6 260 pound monster threat in the middle which could help out Brady and Gronk see less doubles in the middle.
31 - DEN: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
Sylvestor Williams is becoming a solid one technique however the Bronco's need another pass rusher besides the already hurt Von Miller. Knighton is too slow of a pass rusher to be a 3 technique. Aaron Donald is a monster getting up the field and fits the mold of a 3 technique and basically got every college defensive lineman award last year.
32 - SEA: David Yankey, G , Stanford
The right side of this offensive line needs some major help. Yankey can play both RG and RT for the Seahawks and is the number 1 G on the board and some will say best player available.
