Average Rank: 2.5 out of 5 (2 votes) -- Rank This Mock Draft

1 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
The Browns are just a clueless a franchise as I've ever seen. With that said, I see the Browns trading their 2 first round picks and a 5th rounder to move to the top of the draft to get the most dynamic playmaker at the QB position.
2 - ATL: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
Seeing Cleveland trade up to go get who they think will change their fortune will set off a spark of trades. Atlanta needs O-Line help, but they need pass rush in the worst way. So Atlanta trades up with St. Louis with an extra 3rd round pick to get the best player available in the draft.
3 - JAX: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Jacksonville gets the #1 rated QB on my board and takes Theodore Bridgewater of Louisville.
4 - HOU: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
Houston takes their signal caller of the future in Blake Bortles. With head coach Bill O'Brien and his love for tall, stand in the pocket quarterbacks, this is a no brainer. Especially since they have the additonal first round pick.
5 - OAK: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Oakland loses out on the top 3 QBs, but it's still Oakland and speed will always intrigue them. Sammy Watkins can help that wide receiver core day one and the Raiders can use a day 2 pick on a quarterback.
6 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Shoring up that offensive line is priority for the Rams and to see if quarterback Sam Bradford really is the answer. Jake Matthews is the best tackle on the board.
7 - TB: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
With Watkins off the board, Tampa Bay will look to find some help at DE. Mack is a pass-rushing LB in a 3-4, but can play in a 4-3 system as a defensive end. Good need pick.
8 - MIN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
Minnesota isn't going to rush and overdraft a QB (again), so they will draft Anthony Barr of UCLA. He's a need pick because they do need linebacker help, plus as a strongside backer, he's likely to be asked to
10 - DET: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
The Lions need help at corner. Done.
11 - TEN: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Tennessee used a first round pick on Kendall Wright last season, but I would not be shocked if they used another one on Mike Evans. I'm unsure of Kenny Britt's role with the team moving forwards, so it make sense to take the 6'5 receiver here in contingency.
12 - NYG: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Need an offensive tackle, get an offensive tackle. Boom.
13 - STL: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
Best safety available and will help the Rams defense get better in 2014.
14 - CHI: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
I know that Chicago doesn't need much, but a defensive end like Ealy might help them get over the hump and legitimately win the NFC North.
16 - BAL: Allen Robinson, WR , Penn State
It was either Marquise Lee or Allen Robinson and I have Robinson headed to Baltimore. He's a slightly better route runner and doesn't always catch with his body... /cranes neck at Lee
17 - DAL: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
Jernigan seems to be flying up draft boards and for good reason. He's a really good fit at the 3-tech spot.
18 - NYJ: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
A weapon for Geno Smith. Moving on.
19 - MIA: Cyrus Kouandjio, OL , Alabama
The Dolphins are going to need offensive line help DESPERATELY. This should help them.
20 - ARI: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
A 4th QB enters the first round. Yes, I think that Arizona pulls the trigger and gets their QB of the future.
21 - GB: Ra'Shede Hageman, DL , Minnesota
With B.J. Raji entering free agency and *probably* not returning, Hageman makes a solid case for the Packers here. Nose/Defensive tackle here makes sense.
22 - NE: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
The Patriots trading UP for someone? Weird. But I can see them moving up 7 spots to get the best TE in the entire draft. Eric Ebron was a man amongst children this season and with the trouble that the Patriots have had keeping TE's on the field, this is a perfect move.
23 - KC: Jace Amaro, TE , Texas Tech
The second TE comes off the board. Would prefer they go wide receiver, but a vertical threat like Amaro will suffice.
24 - CIN: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
I like Jason Verrett slightly above Darqueze Dennard. Ever so slightly. He's the pick for the Bengals who really need help at corner.
25 - SD: Bradley Roby, CB , Ohio State
Derek Cox was a complete disaster signing in San Diego, so the front office will attempt to correct that by drafting Roby. He's a speedy corner who will step in and start day 1.
26 - HOU: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
This terrifies me, but I see Houston pulling the trigger on Florida State wideout Kelvin Benjamin. Andre Johnson, Benjamin, and DeAndre Hopkins? Oh man.
27 - NO: Ryan Shazier, LB , Ohio State
3-4 rush linebacker. Fits the new Saints 3-4 scheme better than Victor Butler.
28 - CAR: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Cam Newton needs a WR, but the position is so deep in the draft, the next best option is offensive tackle. Enter Zack Martin.
29 - PHI: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Philly gets a corner. Next.
30 - SF: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
Replacing Anquan Boldin and Mario Manningham if they leave in free agency should be a #1 priority for the 49'ers.
31 - DEN: Trent Murphy, LB, Stanford
3-4 OLB who can play opposite Von Miller. Scary.
32 - SEA: Stephon Tuitt, DL , Notre Dame
Very minimal holes to fill, but Stephon Tuitt is a good fit for the Seahawks. Especially if Michael Bennett leaves in free agency.
