2/17 Pre Combine Mock Draft
2/3 Post Senior Bowl Mock Draft
1 - HOU: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
The Texans just traded matt scaub leaving them with career backups they need a QB Bortles has the most traditional skill set of all the top QB's and is a fit for O'Brien's offense
2 - STL: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
This pick will more than likely be traded but i won't predict that but the rams need more pieces on offense that much is clear Watkins is the most dynamic offensive weapon in the draft and will pair nicely with tavon austin
3 - JAX: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
With what many to be the best player in the draft falling to 3 and having a almost no exsistent pass rush the past few years Clowney should be able to be a dynamic right away for gus bradley and co
4 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Teddy bridgewater had a bad pro day so the door is open for johnny manziel he has the passing ability to go along with dynamic running abiltiy and incredible football instincts
5 - OAK: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
The Raiders go with a defensive play maker after stop gaping some of thier needs such as left tackle and quarterback they can go with the best player avalible
6 - ATL: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
The Falcons have a large void to fill at left tackle they need some one with the abilty to pass block for matt ryan as well as opening up holes in the running game and the latter robinson is the best run blocker in the draft and its not even close and has the athletic ability to improve as a pass blocker
7 - TB: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
The bucs have very little in terms of a reciever across from vincent jackson and lovie smith has made it clear they have no commitment to the previous regimes investment in mike williams and mike evans gives them another dynamic jump ball reciever
8 - MIN: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
The Vikings need to get a QB while adrian peterson can still play and they have other weapons that will make it easy for him in minny
9 - BUF: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Bills need more help along the offensive line and matthews fits perfectly as he has player both left and right tackle at a high level
10 - DET: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
The Lions need to get someone who can lock down the recievers in the nfc north gilbert has the size and skill to be a top 10 player and a corner stone for years to come
11 - TEN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
The Titans need a edge rusher and Barr is extremely skilled and talented and will be a welcomed edition to the defensive line
12 - NYG: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Giants need a lot of things but they need someone who can help protect eli for the remainder of his career
13 - STL: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
The rams have some serious issues at safety and pryor may be the best in the draft and has great range and hitting ability
14 - CHI: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
The bears need help on the defensive line like perhaps no other team especially with the chance they lose Henry Melton Donald will replace him as a outstanding 3 tech
15 - PIT: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
The steelers lost emmanuel sanders and still need someone to pair with antonio brown and lee is a crisp route runner and has the deep speed to be a reliable reciever
16 - BAL: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
The Ravens added Steve Smith but he will only be around one or two more years they need someone to go to on offense EBron has the athletic ability to be dynamic and paired with dennis pitta will be a scary proposition
17 - DAL: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
The Cowboys could go in a number of different directions I think they go to stregthen the dline Jerrigan can play both the one and the 3 and serve as a excellent running mate for henry melton
18 - NYJ: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
The Jets are thin at receiver even with the edition of Eric Decker Cooks is an explosive and speedy player that can excel in the slot while giving either geno smith or mike vick a reliable target
19 - MIA: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Even with the edition of brandon albert the dolphins have very little in terms of offensive line depth and martin can play 4 positions along the line and give miami two bookend tackles
20 - ARI: Ra'Shede Hageman, DL , Minnesota
The Cards need someone to replace darnell dockett once he retires and hageman seems like an ideal fit at 3-4 end
21 - GB: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
The Packers are trying to get the defense much better and the safety position has been an issue for years
22 - PHI: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
The Eagles need to improve the defense and they need some more corners and Dennard is potentially the best in the draft
23 - KC: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
The chiefs have very little at receiver outside of dwayne bowe benjamin has a ton of talent and will be productive in the red zone because of that
24 - CIN: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
The Bengals can hold an aarp meeting for most of their corners and leon hall is coming of yet another achilles injury
25 - SD: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
The Chargers just lost their nose tackle and louis nix is the best in the draft and add to a already nice front
26 - CLE: Odell Beckham, WR , LSU
The Browns need more help at receiver across from josh gordon
27 - NO: Dee Ford, DE , Auburn
The Saints need help replacing will smith and Ford will nicely add a consistent pass rush
28 - CAR: Jarvis Landry, WR , LSU
The panthers have so little at the position they are almost force to take a receiver her
29 - NE: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE , Washington
The patriots still need more playmakers on offense and they love using thier tight ends
30 - SF: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
The 49ers need to continue to improve the secondary and verrett can be a great slot corner for them
31 - DEN: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Broncos still need to stregthen their defense and a weakness is at linebacker and mosley is the best midddle in the draft but falls because of positional value
32 - SEA: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia
The hawks need to replace breno giacomini as well as add depth along the offensive line
