3/29 2014 Mock Draft 3
2/3 Post Senior Bowl Mock Draft
1 - HOU: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
There are pretty much 2 options that the texans have at the moment either Jadeveon Clowney or any of the 3 QB's here I think the Texans will be swayed by Bortles build and ability and will settle for him for the future of their franchise
2 - ATL: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
TRADE !!!! the Falcons have moved up before to get a difference maker but this time the jump isn't as far they can have their pick of whatever player on the offensive and defensive line I believe they go with Jadeveon Clowney they have no difference makers on defense right now especially in the trenches so why not get perhaps the best defensive prospect to come along in some time
3 - JAX: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
The Jags finally get someone who may be ab le to lead their franchise from the depths of nothing he has all the skills necessary to be successful
4 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
The Browns are a absolute mess no one knows what direction they will go in the draft but they do need a QB so why not go with the best one left Manziel always played great but the only questions mark is will he be able to improve from the pocket he has everything else needed to be a star in the NFL
5 - OAK: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
The raiders have a TON of cap room so they can address some needs in free agency but it appears that Lamaar Houston is on the way out so they need someone with the ability to get to the QB Barr can play off the edge like perhaps no one else in this draft
6 - STL: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Greg Robinson has a ton of momentum going into the combine and onward he has a high celling extremely powerful run blocker
7 - TB: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
The Bucs don't have anyone to come off the edge since Micheal Bennett left via free agency Mack is an explosive defender to pair with gerald mccoy will give their defense star studded talent
8 - MIN: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
The Vikings need a QB Derek Carr unlike the other QB on their roster has an NFL level arm talent and can make any throw the only part of his game that i am skeptical of is his pocket presence but the vikings have AD and some talent outside and a solid oline so this could be a great spot for him
9 - BUF: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Bills need someone who can help keep EJ Manuel upright and Jake matthews can certainly help
10 - DET: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
The lions need some one to take some pressure off of Calvin Johnson with little at the position besides megatron Watkins is the best reciever in the draft and has a the production to match
11 - TEN: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
The titans appear to be losing alturaan verner to free agency so they need someone who can step in and Justin Gilbert can do just that
12 - NYG: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The giants have a myriade of issues but offensive line was a very consistent issue so they draft to protect Eli for the rest of his time in new york
13 - STL: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
Calvin Pryor is rising and the Rams need a safety badly he has the ball skills and hitting ability teams look for now in their safeties
14 - CHI: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
The bears need help on the defensive line like perhaps no other team especially with the chance they lose Henry Melton Nix will be the big run stuffer this bears team needs
15 - PIT: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
The Steelers are probably not going to resign Ryan Clark and Troy Polomalu may be on the way out as well so they need someone to help fill that void
16 - BAL: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
The Ravens are hurting at reciever at he moment they need a dependable target to pair with Torrey Smith and Evans can be that kind of player with a rare size and speed combo
17 - DAL: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
The Cowboys need someone who can help replace the interior pass rush they will lose with Jason Hatcher on the outs Jernigan is explosive and can offer those same qualities
18 - NYJ: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
THe jets need a reciever more than almost anyone Ebron is a tight end but is athletic enough to be reliable enough to be the go to weapon in that offense
19 - MIA: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
The Dolphins need help to keep Ryan Tannehill upright Martin can play a variety of positions but depends on how the coaching staff views his arm length enough to play left tackle or have to swing him elsewhere
20 - ARI: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
The Cardinals need to find long term solution at pass rusher and for now across from John Abraham Ealy has the talent and potential to make a dangerous combo with Calaisis Campbell
21 - GB: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Packers are reportedly committed to improving the defensive side of the ball this wouldn't be a bad start Mosley had a great career but could fall because of positional value
22 - PHI: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
THe Eagles have to bolster their defense especially the defensive backfield Dennard is one of the best corner in the draft and should lock down opposing recievers
23 - KC: Kelvin Benjamin, WR, Florida State
The cheifs dont have a reliable reciever accross from or even near Dwayne Bowe Benjamin is a size speed mismatch for most DB's so he will be a welcomed edition to Andy Reid's offense
24 - CIN: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
The Bengals have a old folks home for their corners they need youth asap and verrett can instert some youth and talent into the positon
25 - SD: Antonio Richardson, OL , Tennessee
The Chargers need more protection for Phillip Rivers simply put
26 - CLE: Carlos Hyde, RB , Ohio State
The Browns need help at running back they have no one who can get the job done why not go with the local guy
27 - NO: Dee Ford, DE , Auburn
The Saints just let go of will smith and don't have much of a rush linebacker and dee ford is explosive enough to be the one coming off the edge for rob ryan
28 - CAR: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
Steve Smith can only keep denying the odds for so long before he slows down and just so happens that their other 2 options are free agents Lee will prove to be a a great vertical option across from steve smith and will potentially grow into a number one guy
29 - NE: Stephon Tuitt, DL , Notre Dame
The patriots are playing a bunch of no names on defense they need some one who can make a real impact especially with vinve wilfork drawing double teams when healthy
30 - SF: Marcus Roberson, DB , Florida
The 49ers need to improve their secondary to compete with Seattle he has the size and skill teams look for now
31 - DEN: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
The Broncos need some interior pass rush to pair with terrance knighton aaron donald is the best in this draft but will fall due to his size
32 - SEA: David Yankey, G , Stanford
The seahawks have an issue a oline they need to add someone who can keep rushers off Russell Wilson

Below Average -- Hyde, Shazier, Van Noy are all going too hight. if a team really wants one of them at that spot, they will trade down.

Average -- Appreciate the effort with comments so I give a 3. Where did you come up with the trade of Falcons to 2 Idea? I did it in my mock yesterday.
