1 - HOU: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Despite an iffy pro day, Bridgewater has the highest floor of any QB in this class, and almost as high a ceiling as Bortles. This pick would get them back into AFC South contention
2 - STL: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
I think the Rams will have a really hard time passing on Watkins if they can't trade out of here. They could look at Robinson or Clowney, but I think Watkins is a bigger upgrade at a position of need
3 - JAX: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
Bortles had an impressive pro day, but there are a long list of impressive QB pro days that haven't amounted to too much
4 - CLE: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
The Browns might have to take a shot here on Bortles. I think they'd like Watkins, but if he's gone, they need to take a chance at a potential stud QB
5 - OAK: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Letting Veldheer go to Arizona might be the biggest mistake the Raiders have ever made. Luckily for them, Robinson is sitting here to help them fix that problem
6 - ATL: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
With Robinson and CLowney off the board, Matthews could be an option here. But wiht the move to a 3-4 becoming more clear, grabbing an elite pass rusher like Mack might be their best move
7 - TB: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Penn is off the the Raiders, and Collins was brought in to play RT, leaving a hole at LT that would be wisely filled with Mathtews
8 - MIN: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
With Bortles and Bridgewater off the board, the Vikings might as well take a shot at Manziel here. He might be a huge bust, but his ceiling is incredibly high, and definitely worthy of a top 10 risk pick
9 - BUF: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
This is a bit of a reach, and I think the Bills should try to bump down a bit, but with Byrd gone, and Leonhard being terrible, grabbing a safety here is a great move
10 - DET: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
I have a hard time mocking anyone else to the Lions here. They like to go BPA in the 1st round, and though they signed Golden Tate, they need another receiver, and Evans would be a matchup nightmare
11 - TEN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
The Titans need an impact pass rusher in the worst way. Barr has the potential to be a Von Miller type player, and is worth the risk at #11
12 - NYG: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
If the Giants can trade down a bit, they'd gladly do so. If not, I think they'll look hard at Ebron here. He'd help replace some of Nicks' production, and give Eli a massive redzone target
13 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Saffold was resigned, but will be moving to RG, leaving a hole at RT. Lewan is a nasty blocker, and can play LT if Long isn't ready to start the season
14 - CHI: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
With Melton off to Dallas, grabbing Donald here would be a smart move
15 - PIT: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
The Steelers need to upgrade their secondary, and adding the best DB in the draft would be a good start
16 - BAL: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
The Ravens brought Monroe back, but need to replace Oher at RT. Martin would be a good replacement, and has good value here
17 - DAL: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
Bringing in Melton is a good start to revamping their d-line, but they still need more. Ealy has great value here, and is one of the few good 4-3 DEs in the draft
18 - NYJ: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
Decker might be able to perform as as a #1 WR, but I wouldn't bet on it. Lee would be a nice compliment to him, and can line up in the slot as well
19 - MIA: Xavier Su'a-Filo, OL , UCLA
The Dolphins should be looking to draft the best o-lineman available in the first few rounds. They need a LG, RG and RT, so grabbing Su'a-Filo here would be a smart move
20 - ARI: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
With Dansby off to Cleveland, Mosley would be a nice fit next to Daryl Washington at MLB
21 - GB: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
FS is possibly the biggest need for the Packers, and Pryor is arguably the best player available
22 - PHI: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
The Eagles would smart to grab Nix here, as he can anchor their 3-4-ish defense, and free up their pass rushers
23 - KC: Tim Jernigan, DT, Florida State
The Chiefs need a power pass rusher next to Poe, and Jernigan should fit nicely there
24 - CIN: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
This pick might be the steal of the draft, and gives the Bengals a stud CB to help their team
25 - SD: Cyrus Kouandjio, OL , Alabama
The Chargers should take a chance on another Alabama OT. Fluker was excellent last year, and adding his former teamate to play LT would be a nice move
26 - CLE: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
Pairing the super speed Cooks with Gordon and Cameron would with Bortles an incredbile arsenal. The addition of Ben Tate should only help him more
27 - NO: Dee Ford, DE , Auburn
Adding a pass rusher like Ford should help Bob Ryan continue to improve this defense and make it one of the better units in the NFL
28 - CAR: Odell Beckham, WR , LSU
The Panthers first 3 picks should be 2 WRs and an OT. Beckham has better value than any of the OTs on the board, and gives Newton a potentially legitimate #1 WR
29 - NE: Ryan Shazier, LB , Ohio State
The Patriots lost Spikes, and should be looking for an impact LB early on. Shazier should start at WLB immediately
30 - SF: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
With Brown and Rogers leaving town, bringing in a young CB like FUller, who can play CB or S is a good move
31 - DEN: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
Adding Talib makes up for the loss of DRC, but he's often hurt. And with Bailey out, they should look to add some high-ceiling depth here
32 - SEA: Bradley Roby, CB , Ohio State
Another team that lost some CB depth and should be looking to replenish it. Roby isn't too tall, but he's a tough cover and can handle an opposing #1 WR

Above Average -- The only 2 picks I don't agree with are Watkins to the Rams (Tavon Austin already fills that role, they need size) and Shazier to the Patriots (Jamie Collins came on late in the year, Hightower was a high pick, and Mayo is more than solid)

Above Average -- This is one of the better most realistic mocks I have seen.
