Author's Comments

Sorry I didn't do all the comments for all the selections cause my internet connection was lost and i had done almost all of them so maybe at some point ill do them but it is kind of a pain

1 - HOU: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Houston is definitely on the fence about Bortles I know that but I think in the end they grab the QB that is going to sell the tickets based off his name Johnny Footall. Manziel is exactly what will please the fans and obviously Bortles isn't the sexy pick here.
2 - ATL: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
TRADE with the Rams. For weeks we have heard about Clowney, the Rams, and the possibility of the Falcons trading up for Clowney. In this the Falcons trade up to #2 trading away their 2nd round pick to do just that.
3 - MIN: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
TRADE with the Jaguars. Obviously Minnesota is huge on Bortles and there has been talk of them trading up to draft him but as soon as Manziel is selected by Houston they hurry in to make a deal to draft him. The Jaguars could very well keep this pick and draft Mack or even Bridgewater but what I have heard is that the Jaguars are in love with Garoppolo and will gladly wait till the 2nd round to draft their QB as they get a #8 pick and an extra 2nd rounder.
4 - CLE: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
There have been many reports linking the Browns and Derek Carr. While this pick will shock the casual fan who only knows who Manziel and Bridgewater are this shouldn't be a shock to the rest of us. Cleveland wants Manziel but if he is indeed picked #1 overall I think they buy into the QB need. I do believe this leads to a QB fall and this draft its Bridgewater.
5 - OAK: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
Oakland would love to have Mack fall to 5th but not when Watkins is there this makes the decision almost impossible but I believe in the Oakland receivers and in the end I think Oakland does too and they go and fill the need at LB,
6 - DET: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
TRADE with Rams. The Rams trade away their first 1st rounder again this time to the Lions who for them this would be an absolute dream come true pairing Watkins with Calvin in Detroit. I believe this is actually more possible than people realize, Detroit will get this deal done if it comes up they really like Watkins and don't put it past the Rams with the new regime trading a pick away in every draft including multiple 1st rounders.
7 - TB: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Tampa Bay drafts Evans in every mock I have seen over the past 2 weeks and I think this one will be no different Evans is a 6'5 beast of a receiver who actually resembles the WR already in Tampa Vincent Jackson.
8 - JAX: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
TRADE with Vikings. Jacksonville goes with Eric Ebron here. I think Mercedes Lewis isn
9 - BUF: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
The Bills fail to secure the #1 pick in this scenario and instead go with the best available. This is by all means a dream scenario for the Bills here and this is the farthest the top OT prospect would fall.
10 - STL: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
TRADE with Lions. The Rams just miss getting the big steal here at #10 but they get their safety to go with McDonald. Both hard hitting Clinton-Dix is the best safety in this draft.
11 - TEN: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Tennessee filled many needs over free agency but one was left open at CB after Verner left and now they can fill it here with the top cornerback prospect Gilbert.
12 - NYG: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
The Giants lost Linval Joseph to the Vikings making them short at DT but they can fill that with the high rising senior bowl stud Aaron Donald.
13 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams have been reportedly looking at Matthews at #2 well if this were to happen and Matthews were to fall to #13 I don't think the rams would hesitate to take him. Barksdale was solid at RT but he is just a fill in compared to what Matthews could bring and Jake Long is coming off an ACL tear so the Rams can't just assume Jake Long is going to be fine they need to be ready as he is injury prone.
14 - CHI: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
Chicago has a hole at safety since Major Wright is a free agent Calvin Pryor is the best available defensive player that makes sense the other would be Anthony Barr.
15 - SF: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
TRADE with Steelers. The 49ers move up to get Dennard to fill the void of losing their top CB Tarrell Brown to Oakland via free agency. San Francisco can make this trade happen because the Steelers most likely won't be in love with anyone at this point. Anthony Barr is an option here but the Steelers trade this to the 49ers since the 49ers have alot to offer with 11 picks.
16 - DAL: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
Dallas is hurt at DL which already was one of the worst in the league last year but now without Hatcher and Ware it can only get worse. Ealy is a guy who can be a prime pass rusher in the league while he is still incomplete. Ealy is the way to go here at #16.
17 - BAL: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
Baltimore really needed a safety here but they go with the best available who is kind of a steal at this point.
18 - NYJ: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
The Jets are obviously going to be looking at C.J. Moseley here but I think the lack of playmakers is too much of a problem for Geno Smith. Brandin Cooks who won everyone over at the combine is alot like the guy the Jets missed out on last year in Tavon Austin.
19 - MIA: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Zach Martin would fill the needs left at OL with the Jonathan Martin and Richie Incognito incident.
20 - ARI: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Arizona has needs they can go for a CB to add depth or a defensive player but Carson Palmer is not getting any younger and with Bridgewater sitting there at #20 the Cardinals have to love the idea of bringing in Bridgewater letting him learn under Palmer or maybe even challenging Palmer for the job. Of course this is not as crazy as it sounds because now Bridgewater has reportedly fallen to round 2 on most draft boards.
21 - GB: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Green Bay drafts the best available here to put Moseley in the middle next to both A.J. Hawk and Clay Matthews.
22 - PHI: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
A year ago Lee was being claimed as the best WR prospect in the entire draft and possibly a top 5 pick but then he started to fall down the board thanks to his dropoff in the season, Sammy Watkins and his constant hamstring issues. But Lee still is extremely talented and didn't ruin anything at the combine. He could end up being huge and with the Eagles getting rid of DeSean Jackson he could immediately slide in with Maclin and Cooper.

Poor -- Worst draft Ive seen. More than half the players you have in this draft is going on day 2. McCarron will go day 2, thomas has an ACL injury, he wont play next year.

-- Great Draft! I would love to see Marqise Lee go to the Rams though even though they pick much too early
