This is my 2014 NFL Mock draft I thank you for reading and hope you all enjoy. I apologize for any spelling mistakes or run on sentences in advance. Here are some notes like QB rankings and some draft sleepers of mine before we get to the mock draft.

My QB Rankings are as followed Blake Bortles QB Central Flordia Johnny Manziel QB Texas A & M Derek Carr QB Fresno State Jimmy Garoppolo QB Eastern Illinois Zach Mettenberger QB LSU A.J. McCarron QB Alabama Teddy Bridgewater QB Louisville Tom Savage QB Pitt Aaron Murray QB Georgia Connor Shaw QB South Carolina

Some notable favorite prospects of mine Christian Jones ILB FSU Timmy Jernigan NT FSU Lorenzo Taliaferro RB Coastal Carolina Zach Moore DE Concordia (MN) Brett SMith QB Wyoming Jared Abbrederis WR Wisconsin Chris Borland LB Wisconsin Brock Vereen FS Minnesota George Uko USC Jordan Tripp OLB Montana Erik Swoope TE Miami

1 - HOU: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
I just don't know how you pass this guy up, he is an athletic freak and I know they have questions about his motor but i bet with first overall money and JJ Watt motivating you evey day in practice. I bet his motor will rev up sooner than later and JJ Watt and Clowney could be the best defensive combo in NFL history.
2 - STL: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
Most people have Glenn Robinson in this spot but Mack is making his case for the best player in this draft. A can't miss prospect, Ive seen some of his games and he is very instinctual and can play both DE/LB. Him paired with Olgetree and Laurenitis is scary.
3 - JAX: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
A lot of people want to think Jacksonville will pick a QB but with the third overall pick I don't see them pulling the trigger with such a high pick and a real no guarentee franchise QB in this draft. They need a playmaker and the best Defensive playmakers are gone, so they need a Offensive playmaker and Watkins is dynamic and can take it to the house at any time.
4 - CLE: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
For most everyone has a QB in this selection its a good assumption because Clevland is a horrible team with no QB and Hoyer is no franchise QB. I think they need to get a tackle to give whoever is the QB some actual time to make progressions in the pocket. Joe Thomas is one man a great LT but their Right side is still weak and with this pick any QB could look like Tom Brady if they have all the time in the world to make their reads. I guess the Browns will take a QB in the later 1st round.
5 - SF: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
This is the pick I think could be traded and Ive heard rumors that the 49ers will trade up for Mike Evans and also that Oakland wants to move down in the draft and the 49ers have 6 picks in the first 3 rounds so they have the ammunition to move up. If the 49ers don't move up Evans will be gone by pick 7 or 10 no question.
6 - ATL: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
They wanted to trade up and get Clowney or Mack but I think the price will be too high for them so they will stay at their spot and take an OT to protect Matt Ryan.
7 - TB: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
The Coaches want Donald and the ownership I hear wants Manziel.
8 - MIN: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
We need secondary help. Jamarcus Sanford is not the answer and Harrison Smith got hurt last year and it exposed our secondary greatly. Our new secondary coach Jerry Gray coached the seahawks safeties (Chancellor and Thomas) I think Clinton-Dix and Smith would be a great combo for years to come.
9 - BUF: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
Best technician in the draft, great hips to turn and block and plays agressive, scouts say he is the cleanest prospect in the draft and most versatile (he can play all 5 lineman positions) which means hardly any flaws in his game and he will be a great anchor for the bills and help open up the running game and give more protection in the passing game for a developing Manuel
10 - DET: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
Detroit has always lacked secondary help and with Mike Evans being off the board and any other WR would be a reach at this pick they can grab a ball hawking cover CB. they will need a tall rangy corner in the division they play in.
11 - TEN: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
He has a great first step and really long arms (33 1/2 Inches) very explosive and can chase down plays and is just an athletic freak. has big potential if he is in the right system.
12 - NYG: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Outstanding feet and good balance he was one of the only bright spots in Michigan's offensive line a good fit for him and could be a longtime starter for the Giants.
13 - STL: Bradley Roby, CB , Ohio State
a troubled prospect (Refusing to leave a bar and getting in a fight with a bouncer in 2013) then getting a citation for an OVI this year, He is still probably the most athletically gifted CB in the draft (4.39 40 yard dash and 38 1/2 Vertical. But he did get exposed in the Wisconsin game and in the UCLA game.
14 - CHI: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
A hard hitting safety and the second best after Clinton-Dix. Chicago needs a safety and Pryor has been raising up draft boards.
15 - PIT: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
Dennard is the best press corner in the draft. With only a 4.51 forty he would be exposed in a man to man with quicker WR. But in a Dick Lebeau version of a 3-4 cover two he would flourish.
16 - BAL: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
I've heard reports that Ebron is very very high on Baltimores draft board and if he is there at the 166 pick they will grab him. Some people think he will go to the bills but I think that is too high for the TE.
17 - DAL: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
I refuse to Listen to Todd Mcshay, he has Manziel to the Cowboys in this picka nd that is so stupid. If the Cowboys draft him they might as well give up on the season before it begins. Mcshay also had Bridgewater as the number 1 picks months ago, where as I have said since the College season starts Bridewater is Overrated and the media is giving him too much hype. Dallas needs a WR to open up the Offense more and to fill Miles Austins void. Cooks is a great route runner and has glue for hands.
18 - NYJ: Odell Beckham, WR , LSU
NYJ has been enamored with Beckham and they like his size and his playmaking ability, another weapon for whomever is the starter on that team.
19 - MIA: Ryan Shazier, LB , Ohio State
reports are saying that Shazier is not falling more than pick 19 and the dolphins will love to pick this guy up. He has 4.39 speed for a OLB
20 - ARI: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
This is the first QB in my mock. Arizona still struggled in the passing game last year and they need to get someone who can throw the ball to Fitzgerald
21 - GB: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
I could see the Packers trading down or getting a less glamour pick like a DT. But with the packers system they like using the 3 WR sets and last year they got hit hard with injuries Boykin is good but in my opinion nota great number 3 WR. With no Finaly this year I could even see the Packers using a lot of 4 WR sets
22 - PHI: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
I think Fullers inconsistany makes him fall a lil bit. his great instincts makes of for his non-elite speed.
23 - KC: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Andy Reid is used to mobile QB and he can use their strengths in his system with a lot of roll outs and play actions, Alex Smith and the Chiefs are not on the same page with negotiations and will likely be gone after this year. The Chiefs also don't have a lot of holes to fill in terms of need so they can afford to use this pick on their QB of the future. They are also shopping Brandon Flowers and could get some picks in the 2-3 range to fill up holes on defense.
24 - CIN: Kony Ealy, DL , Missouri
No more Micheal Johnson for the bengals and Ealy could be his replacement another guy with a high motor and great pass rushing skills
25 - SD: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
Scouts and GMs are saying Verrett will fall out of round 1 because of medical issues but i think he will go to the saints they need a CB.
26 - CLE: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
Cleveland will pick Carr with this pick and it will be a great value pick. Derek is nothing like his brother , he has great football knowledge and knows his hot routes and protection which will help him be a success in the NFL. After watching Grudens QB camp I really like this guy a lot but the top 20 is a bit high for him so a late round 1 is about right.
27 - NO: Cody Latimer, WR , Indiana
this guy is climbing the draft boards a 6'3 WR who runs a 4.39 and is very strong, he reminds me of Aquan Boldin type player, with Lance Moore being hurt on occasions it would be helpful to get another talented WR to help Drew Brees
28 - CAR: Joel Bitonio, OL , Nevada
reports are almost guaranteeing Bitonio will go to the Panthers so I put him here.
29 - JAX: Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
Trade! NE I think will trade down and Jacksonville will trade up and grab their QB of the future. Jacksonville will trade up to stop the Texans in taking him in the second round. Remember Gus Bradley coach Garoppolo in the Senior Bowl and Garoppolo was very impressive, he release, decision making, and poise in the pocket are all what I think he will be a great player. Paired with Watkins will be a great combo for the future and could turn Jacksonville around.
30 - OAK: Dee Ford, DE , Auburn
With Oakland trading back they can get Dee Ford an SEC pass rusher who claimed to be better than Clowney and statistically he had a better season. I like his confidence and his motor and his determination he can be a great pass rushing specialist for the Raiders.
31 - DEN: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Mosley falls soley on his medical history, if he didn;t have that history he would go much earlier but teams will be scared off by his medical history. The broncos are also reportedly interested in trading up so I wouldn't be surprised if they did trade up to make a final push for a Super Bowl win for Peyton.
32 - SEA: Stephon Tuitt, DL , Notre Dame
Seattle lost DL in free agency and Tuitt can step in and contribute right away for the defending super bowl champions.
