Average Rank: 1.0 out of 5 (3 votes) -- Rank This Mock Draft

1 - HOU: Jadeveon Clowney, DE , South Carolina
Far too talented to pass up. Playing him alongside JJ Watt would make this a dangerous team instantly
2 - ATL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
I think Atlanta trades up here to take the most polished lineman in the draft.. they have a lot of needs, but protecting Matt Ryan is the biiggest one
3 - JAX: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
Jacksonville could take Mack with this pick and grab a QB in round 2, but I Dont think they will pass up a Top tier QB like Bortles
4 - CLE: Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
This makes sense, and i see him popped up all over the web here. Athletic and exciting on and off the field. Boom or bust but Cleveland has to take a risk here
5 - OAK: Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn
Ive seen Sammy Watkins mocked here, but there are so many quality WR's this year that they can wait. they cant wait on Robinson
6 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
A big, athletic, punishing blocker. The perfect choice for protecting Sam Bradford
7 - TB: Khalil Mack, LB , Buffalo
A versatile and disruptive pass rusher, Mack could bolster this up and coming D for years to come.
8 - MIN: Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
First big shock of the draft, but the Vikes did something similar with Ponder. if they see someone they like they take them. Atheletic and tough, but might might not be ready to start right away.
9 - BUF: Anthony Barr, LB, UCLA
Buffalo could do a lot here, but i have them taking the best available player. Athletic and disruptive, he is a prototypical pass rusher
10 - DET: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Watkins AND Megatron ( with Golden Tate on the side)both catching passes from Stafford? The young QB has no excuses now
11 - TEN: Justin Gilbert, CB, Oklahoma State
After losing Alterraun Verner to TB, this makes sense.
12 - NYG: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
They could go with Ebron here, but they need to shore up their defense
13 - STL: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
They have a stable of young WR's already, but the Giant Evans would be the top option for Bradford
14 - CHI: Aaron Donald, DL , Pittsburgh
Not prototypical DT size, but his motor is why he is the first DT off the board
15 - PIT: Darqueze Dennard, CB , Michigan State
With an aging secondary( They could also go with a safety) they fill a big need here
16 - DAL: Bradley Roby, CB , Ohio State
Dallas could also take a safety here, but they pass on a S to take the shutdown cover corner
17 - BAL: Brandin Cooks, WR , Oregon State
this speed demon could bolster this WR core
18 - NYJ: Odell Beckham, WR , LSU
They put their trust in Geno Smith. Now they need to give him weapons
19 - MIA: Xavier Su'a-Filo, OL , UCLA
Versatile lineman, he looks like a starting guard to me. Miami needs to protect its young QB
20 - ARI: Zack Martin, OT, Notre Dame
They need to start building their offense from the inside out. The intelligent and versatile Martin can begin that process
21 - GB: Calvin Pryor, S, Louisville
GB would be lucky to have Pryor fall into their lap here. Big and aggressive, he is a solid run stuffing safety and one of the heaviest hitters in the draft
22 - PHI: Ha'Sean Clinton-Dix, FS, Alabama
Not as athletic as Pryor, but less of a risk. A very steady safety who may not wow you, but he will not let anything past him
23 - KC: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
Alex Smith's contract is up next year. Bridgewater could sit a year and start the next
24 - CIN: Ryan Shazier, LB , Ohio State
A speed-reliant pass rusher, he doesnt have ideal size for an OLB, but he is athletic enough to make it work
25 - SD: Eric Ebron, TE, North Carolina
Antonio Gates can't last forever, and this ultra athletic TE could learn form the best in the business for a few years
26 - CLE: Jason Verrett, CB , TCU
Teaming him up with Joe Haden would make this secondary dangerous
27 - NO: Marqise Lee, WR , USC
Drew Brees sure could use a steady WR like Lee.
28 - CAR: Jordan Matthews, WR, Vanderbilt
The most productive WR in SEC history could give Cam Newton an experienced and talented weapon
29 - NE: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame
Reminds me of Vince Wilfork, so this makes sense since Wilfork is far from a full tank
30 - TB: Jace Amaro, TE , Texas Tech
Tampa trades into round 1 to snag the pass catching TE they need
31 - DEN: Kyle Fuller, CB, Virginia Tech
The Super Bowl showed they have a lot of holes. This owuld fill one
32 - SEA: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE , Washington
Losing Golden Tate was a huge loss. This gives Wilson a big, talented safety net
