Update (8/1): Austin was carted off during training camp on July 31. It wasn't anything serious, only dehydration. This should be a relief to Fantasy owners; however, Austin should have enough sense and self-awareness to eat a meal and drink fluids before exerting himself for a NFL practice. A strange story to say the least.

Los Angeles gave Austin 104 touches in 2015 resulting in 907 combined yards with 10 TDs and 52 catches. His path for success doesn't fall in line with a standard WR, but his result was the 27th ranking at WR in PPR leagues. The Rams used him in the run game to steal some of Gurley's TDs plus many plays near the line of scrimmage in the passing game with the hopes that Trayvon could turn a small catch into an impact play. Austin only had two games with more than five catches and no games with over eight targets. He scored six of his 10 TDs in three games. With three years of experience in the NFL, Tavon may be ready to offer more upside in the passing game. The presence of Gurley is a big plus for Austin roaming in their opponent's secondary. I sense growth where 65+ catches are well within reach for 1100 combined yards and mid-tier TDs.

8.08 Cowboys HQ - Matthew Postins - It's always a little dicey to pick a wide receiver that has to rely on a rookie quarterback, but Austin is talented and at this stage of the draft he's my No. 4, so it's well worth pulling the trigger.
