Colt McCoy, QB, Redskins
There is no 2015 profile for this player yet.
Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was reportedly cleared for action. However, now it turns out he has not been cleared by an independent doctor and is still in the concussion protocol. He will not be able to play against the Ravens Saturday as originally expected. This will leave the door open for Colt McCoy and Kirk Cousins to make an impression on their coaching staff. The two are battling for the backup job but could very well end up starting in the not too distant future.Fantasy Analysis:
This is a bad situation that's only going to get worse. We will not know how good (or bad) RG3 truly is until he gets out of Washington. This team is extremely dysfunctional and no QB could thrive under those conditions. A trade would be the best thing for him. He's currently going undrafted and isn't worth a roster spot. It's hard to have any faith he'll be starting for any extended period of time.
